Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, yesterday postponed the presentation of 2013 Appropriation Bill before the State House of Assembly as a sign of honour to those killed in the ill-fated naval helicopter crash in Bayelsa State on Saturday, December 15, 2012.
The crash, which occurred along the Okoroba-Nembe Creek, killed the former governor of Kaduna State, Sir Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa, immediate past National Security Adviser (NSA), General Andrew Owoye Azazi and four other persons.
I think the House must have paid all their respects to the deceased days back why postpone a Budget Presentation..... Just my thoughts** though
