I received this Photo from a student of the University of Port Harcourt I thought it was funny at first but it later dawn on me that in this period of fuel scarcity this photocopiers will suffer and the cost of photocopying will double....The Photocopying business in any University is a very lucrative one. These Photocopiers rely on the generators to make their money because of the poor power supply in the University.
