EVIDENCE OF POOR MANAGEMENT

NOAU State Secretariate 

This Building Located at William Jumbo not far from the State Secretariat is the Branch headquarters of Several Associations and agencies in Rivers state. 

These Associations include, the Nigerian Medical Association Rivers state Branch (NMA), the Pharmaceutical Society Of Nigeria, and a host of other medical associations. It is also surprisingly the Office of the Rivers state Tourism Board how embarrassing.

For as long as I can remember this Building has been left like this without any attention.

If you enter inside this Building you will be very disappointed and because of the lack of care, almost everything is falling apart. 

Lets begin to speak Up so our society will get better. I will take time but if we begin to pay attention things going wrong around us and talk about it, someone will hear that will tell another person and finally something will positive will happen.
